Over the past fifteen years William has been working in Waldorf schools as a class teacher, mentor, facilitator, and chair of various departments. As a class teacher he carried a class from first through eighth at the Honolulu Waldorf School and a second class through sixth at the Seattle Waldorf School. He has also been the lead Anthroposophical Study teacher at Kula Makua and Sound Circle teacher training institutes. Prior to teaching he owned, operated or managed several small businesses in the natural food and organic agricultural industries. He has studied, practiced and, facilitated groups in, meditation and inquiry for over thirty years. William is currently offering pedagogical support and mentoring for schools throughout the Pacific Rim.
